Refund & cancellation policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions of RecurPost (operated by RecurPost, registered in Surat, Gujarat, India). It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

14-day free trial

Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. We do not collect payment until the trial ends, so no refund is required if you cancel during the trial. If you forget to cancel and are charged, contact us within 7 days of the charge for a full refund.

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@recurpost.com. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rata refund within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled to prevent renewal at the next billing date.

Refunds for billing errors

If you've been charged due to a billing error, duplicate charge, or a charge after cancellation, contact support@recurpost.com within 30 days of the charge. We'll investigate and process a refund within 7–10 business days if the claim is valid.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking, or wallet). It typically takes 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or wallet provider.

Non-refundable items

• Account add-ons (extra social accounts, additional users) used during the billing cycle.
• Setup fees, custom onboarding services, or training sessions already delivered.
• Subscriptions cancelled after the 30-day window for annual plans.

How to request a refund

Email support@recurpost.com with your account email, the order/invoice number, and a brief reason. We respond within 1 business day and process valid requests within 7–10 business days.
